Through her writings, she encourages readers to step beyond their comfort zones, overcome personal challenges, and cultivate a deeper, more consistent prayer life.

Dr. Hill was intially ordained as an Executive Pastor under the leadership of Apostle Dr. Terry M. Hill and Apostle Dr. Terrie Smith-Hill of Deliverance in the Word Prophetic Ministries Inc. Currently, she serves as an Associate Pastor at Kingdom Worship Center International Church in San Jose, California, with Senior Pastor Apostle Teresa A. Tate. Dr. Hill is KIT leader under Kingdom Worship International Fellowship of Churches, under the leadership of Chief Apostle Donna Edward and Bishop Robert Edward. In her role, she passionately guides individuals and families in their spiritual journeys with Jesus Christ, offering mentorship and support to people from all walks of life.

Founded in 2022, Heal Her Circles Inc. provides a range of programs designed to empower women through economic support, mental health advocacy, educational initiatives, and community-building activities. In 2024, under the guidance and Mentorship of Dr. Valerie Moore and Moore Global Partners, Dr. Hill expanded her vision to include Heal HIM Circles, a program offering similar healing and empowerment resources tailored to the unique needs of men.
